At MARGESHERWOOD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or visit our Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the MARGESHERWOOD dust bag and all authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your parcel over to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we inspect the return.
